This new song is about perceptions of beauty and the need to have positive self-esteem. It was recorded in December 2014 at Catharine North Studios, Hamilton, ON. This song is the first recording that features our newest drummer, Wilson, who has been with the band since June 2014.

Variety is the spice of life
Beautiful isn't just one size
Big or small or in between
Not just what's seen in a magazine

Don't cry tonight
You are just fine
You just need to feel
Safe in your own skin

If you saw yourself through my eyes
You would be seen in a much brighter light
If you cannot love yourself
How can you be loved by somebody else?

Don't cry tonight
You are just fine
You just need to feel
Safe in your own skin
